ANMcP Compounding Question of the Day:

I'm doing a study on 1% hydrogen peroxide cream prior to UVA therapy on postinflammatory hypopigmentation secondary to Tinea versicolor. On a previous study, the H2O2 cream was composed of 1% H2O2 + 21% Monomyristin + 7% Monolaurin + 70% water. I have all of the ingredients except the Monomyristin, a 14C Monoacylglycerol. What other alternative or substitute can I use to create the stable lipid base for the H2O2 cream? I'm not sure what vehicle would make H2O2 stable or unstable. Thanks!
